If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide you with a response within 48-72 hours.

Arch Tech Records is not responsible for minor cosmetic imperfections to product packaging that may occur during shipping.
